The first Book Club meeting focuses on the six parts of a plot (exposition, conflict, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution). Using a plot diagram, students will track the important events in the first two chapters of A Wrinkle in Time. Students will also begin working on tracking characters, an activity they will continue as they read the novel.
